5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Contains unauthorized samples or copyrighted material
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
  • Contains malware or harmful code

6. Payments and Royalties

SONOVA collects royalties on your behalf from streaming platforms. We pay out royalties according to our payment schedule. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and any applicable taxes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will remove your content from distribution platforms according to their respective timelines. Any earned royalties will be paid out according to our normal schedule.

8. Limitation of Liability

SONOVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
